Rachel has a passion for all things travel! She also happens to have celiac disease and requires a strict gluten free diet at all times. She has combined her love for research and planning with her desire to help others who have dietary restrictions travel and explore the world. “Two of my three children also have food allergies, and I have an in-depth understanding of how much effort and planning goes into a trip. I want everyone to enjoy their vacation!”

She realized there was a need for a service that really understood how dietary requirements can impact planning a trip and wanted to help relieve the stress of the search and that was when the agency began. From finding resorts that cater to her clients’ needs, planning global city-hopping adventures, hosting dedicated tours, picking the best cruise ships to finding restaurants and suggesting what to pack for the plane – she handles all the details to put the relaxation back into your vacation.

Rachel has travelled extensively to tropical countries, all inclusive resorts, throughout Europe, cruised and visited many cities all over North America and beyond – all while having celiac disease. “Over 20 years in customer facing and planning roles has given me the opportunity to take travel services up a level for those with dietary restrictions, which is something all of my clients deserve. I love being an active member in the celiac community locally and around the world.”

Although I've had other careers, my passion has always been travel. I chose to move my family to Playa del Carmen in 2009.  We lived there and immersed ourselves in the wonderful Mexican culture for two years.  Upon returning home to Canada, I chose to follow my dream by both continuing to travel as often as possible, while helping others plan their perfect vacation.

Hi, I am Sabrina, the Wellness Travel Pro.  All my life I have had a love for travel. I have a bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, am a Health Coach, Group Fitness Instructor and have   over 25 years in sales. I have have been fortunate to have travelled to 40 countries, with some of my favourite places being Maldivian Islands, Spain & New Zealand.  I am a fitness, nutrition, wellness fanatic that loves to design the most luxurious, adventurous, and memorable vacations for my clients.  While keeping health and wellness top of mind. Whether you are looking to get away on a solo trip, retreat to the most relaxing wellness experience, adventure across the ocean on a cruise or plan that exotic family holiday.
